Single room in Littlemore

I have a 3 bedroomed house in a quiet close in Littlemore and I'm looking to share it with just one female (non-smoking) who is friendly, someone whom I feel comfortable enough to sometimes relax and chat with. I have a cat so it is essential you like cats. Also, ideally you would be environmentally aware.
I currently work as an administrator for the Local Authority. In my spare time I love cycling with friends, badminton, yoga, cinema, love my food and enjoy cooking when I have time, watching some TV (with the cat on my lap!) and listening to podcasts or a variety of music.
As shown in the video/photos, the single room contains a single bed with storage below, a relaxing chair, a wardrobe with a full length mirror inside, bedside table and lamp and some shelving on the wall. Also, the room is located immediately opposite the bathroom.
There is a lock attached to the front outside wall where a bicycle can be secured. There are regular bus routes nearby. There is also an off-street parking space.
The house is very conveniently placed, a short walk/cycle/scoot from the Science Park, Oxford Business Park, Templars shopping centre, 2 large supermarkets, 2 small Co-ops and Kassam Stadium. It is also a short distance from some lovely walks/cycle rides along the Thames Pathway.
