Lovely double room available

Good sized furnished double room in nice house with garden and on-street parking in quiet area with good access to Cowley and Oxford.

My current housemate is moving abroad, so I am looking for someone to rent her double room.

The room has a desk, two chests of drawers and a built in wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space.

There is a shared bathroom with a bath and a power shower. The kitchen is a good size with a gas oven and hob, a washing machine, microwave etc.

There is a shared living room with a tv and comfy sofa and a dining table and chairs. There is good wifi available.

There is plenty of safe on-street parking, there is a bus stop at the end of the street with regular buses to Cowley and Oxford city centre, and it is a fairly easy cycle route to the Churchill and JR hospitals.

I would love to find a housemate who is on for watching a film together and having a chat now and then, but due to my shift patterns I may not be around a huge amount at times. If you are fairly easygoing and think that the house sounds like a place you would want to live, please get in touch.

(The letting agency asks for an administration fee of £180 to set up the change of sharer. Bills are usually about £110 a month including council tax etc.)
