Double room in warm friendly house Littlemore

Hello,

I Have a room to rent in a 3 bedroomed house in Littlemore, you would be sharing with me and one other. Although a mostly quiet house we are both easy going, sociable and considerate.

You'd also be sharing with a friendly and laid back dog who doesn't bark and a slightly neurotic cat!

There is no smoking allowed in the house but its not a problem to smoke in the garden or shed!

The house has a good sized kitchen/diner and sitting room.

The Available room measures 3. 30m x 3. 10m,

and is furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, and chest of drawers, there is also room for a desk/table which could be arranged if needed.
