Private Gardens:
For a Flat...there is a unique spacious garden which is in two parts and is enclosed (with tall hedges), private and secure. As I enjoy gardening, the garden areas are well tended (except in winter!) and lovely spaces to enjoy relaxing in. There are two patio's. The large patio has attractive, comfortable garden furniture, a large wood burner. It's a great space if you are partial to going alfresco with a glass of your tipple! :)
There are 4 electric sockets placed around the garden and five wall lamps if wanting to have the garden illuminated during the evening. The other end of the garden there is an arbour (another seating area).
The garden attracts a variety of birds, butterflies, Bees and a lot of toads!
Separate from the garden, there is the laundry area to hang out washing (summer months), weather permitting, in the fresh air and sun shine. Otherwise, laundry is dried in-doors.
A Little About Me:
In the past I loved travelling and have lived and worked in different countries (ie, Greece & USA). After my travels, at a mature age, I decided to go to Uni and acquired a BA (honours) & BSc (honours) degree's. Offered a place on a Master's Course although decided it was time to get on the property ladder and therefore decided to buy and renovate this property which I have lived in as my home since December 2006.
In January 2018, I took the leap and went self employed as a Holistic Health Care Practitioner working in the community.
Since the late 90's I have had an interest in 'Energy Healing'.
I am a qualified/certified (London) Reiki (Teacher/Master) Practitioner and a Quantum Touch Practitioner (founded USA).
I have many interests...to name a few, I love animals and have been a rabbit keeper for 10 years (at one point had 13!) I enjoy reading, art, plays, theatre, music, cooking and eating healthy (I am a vegetarian/no problem with meat eaters), baking, gardening...nature...all things esoteric!...etc...
I enjoy living in a peaceful, relaxed environment and practice meditation and other 'Spiritual' practices.
People who know me describe me as being an interesting, upbeat, happy, well-balanced/grounded, honest, kind and generous person.
If You feel its the 'right place' for You then, Please get in touch with any questions and to arrange a time/day to meet and view.
I look forward to Meeting You!
Warm regards...Jackie :).

Testimony of Dr James Keen, 31 year old resident January 2019 – March 2020
"I moved into Jackie’s place as I had just started a new job at the Oxford Science Park and was finishing writing up my PhD thesis. Jackie's place is in a perfect location for someone working at the Science Park as it's only a seven minute walk away. The place met all my requirements - cosy, peaceful, clean, tidy, nicely decorated, and had all the facilities I needed. Definitely would have continued living in the accommodation if I wasn't moving to wales to start a new job. I am sure our friendship will continue in the future.
Jackie’s been a great person to share the place with. Lots of interactions (often a catch up with a cup of tea or occasionally a glass of wine) whilst respecting privacy and time alone. On the few occasions when my girlfriend came to stay on a weekend she was welcomed warmly.
I have liked living with Jackie in her flat and I was happy to provide this testimony as a positive recommendation to those looking for a great place to stay in this location."

Testimony of Roy, a 60 year old resident (April 2020-November 2020) and Public Affairs Consultant.
"Very comfortable and clean accommodation, and a sufficiently spacious room to be a bedroom-study. I worked easily from home every day, with the convenience of a quiet, secluded garden to take breaks in, and plenty of local parkland to take a walk through on your doorstep. Jackie is a generous and kind housemate. She makes it easy to find a balance between privacy and company, respectful when you want to be alone, but open to sharing a meal, a glass of wine, or just a cuppa. Respectfulness being a two-way street. Thoroughly enjoyed the haven I found at Jackie's, and still keep in contact with her. ROY.
