Double Room (16 sqm) in big family home

Hi, we have decided to rent a double room in our Littlemore home, available immediately.

The house is a large Victorian detached house with lots of space. We are a mixed British / Latin American family and welcome other language speakers and cultures.

The rentee can utilise the shared spaces throughout the ground floor, including kitchen, dining room, conservatory, sitting room, garden, and the downstairs bathroom.

The £750 monthly rent includes all utility bills, Council tax, broadband, telly licence. We aren't asking for a deposit but rent should be paid in advance. We request one month’s notice of termination of the rental We would consider couples for £850 per month.
