The room is currently being prepared and will be furnished for a February start:

The room is compact but bright and comfortable, ideal for someone who spends most of their time studying at university or in the library.

The bathroom is shared with me and my two young daughters, but we are only here around half of the time, so the lodger would often have sole use.
The bathroom is clean, modern, and well maintained.
