The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, and basin, with demister mirror and heated towel rail.
The kitchen area has all modern conveniences including fridge with small freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, single ring induction hob, compact oven, kettle, toaster and large sink & draining board.
Other useful inclusions: wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, easily controllable, modern radiator with personal adjustable thermostat, towels, pillows, bed linen, hand held vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, various cooking utensils, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, dustpan & brush.
Note: there is no washing machine but use of the one in the main house could be arranged. A weekend bed linen change and studio clean could also be arranged for an agreed surcharge.
You have an allocated off-street parking spot. The village has very little public transport but there is a bus that runs between Culham Science Park and Didcot Parkway which stops a 7 minute walk away. Didcot Parkway is a 10 minute drive away.
Long Wittenham has 2 pubs: one traditional and one an upmarket Indian restaurant. There are no shops in walking distance but there are several supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away.
You are welcome to share the garden - there are chickens in a pen at the end of the garden and some that free range in the garden. There is also a friendly black lab that you may occasionally meet up with.
