Hi, I’m El I’m 28 and a nursery school teacher. I’m looking to rent out my spare room. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, kind, respectful and okay with cats as I have a lovely cat called Wally. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, live music, reading, travelling, cooking, yoga and a good Netflix show.
I have lived in flatshares and house shares before, I like a good film night and catch up but also my own space.
You would have your own double bedroom, there’s a shared bathroom with a separate toilet downstairs. Access to kitchen diner, living room and a garden. There is parking available to the side of the house and on street parking opposite.
