Double Room in Marcham

Monday-Friday and Full Time available!

I’m James, I live in a two bedroom flat in Marcham, a peaceful village just outside of Abingdon.

There is a double room available with lots of storage space, along with a kitchen, bathroom, shared lounge and a small garden which is being worked on. There is safe parking along the side road, immediately outside of the property.

The cost is £700, which includes bills (incl. Council Tax Band B). There’s also Sky TV with Netflix / Disney / Prime and WiFi access.

I’m ultimately looking for a tidy, respectful individual to share my home with, in either the short or long term. Good sense of humour is a must! I also have two children who stay with me every other weekend and occasionally during the holidays. I often work long hours, including night shifts so I’m not here very often, the place is basically yours for full use.

Marcham has great proximity to major Oxfordshire Towns, plus fantastic connections to Didcot Parkway Station for London, Milton Park, Harwell & Culham Science Centres and a fantastic bus service which stops outside the house to Oxford and Wantage.
