Cottage in good location for both Abingdon/Oxford

Want a new housemate, preferably female. Very conveniently placed to the A34, so easy access to Oxford. On good bus route too. All bills are covered apart from electricity. It's a cosy house with a well equipped kitchen, welcome to share all I have. Log burner in sitting room and off road parking. Likely to have house to yourself 3-4 nights a week. Need to be clean/tidy and friendly.
