Room available in idyllic 2 bed cottage

I’m moving out of a 2 bed country cottage I share with my sister and looking for someone similar to move in with her. She’s 24 and works in Oxford 🫐

The cottage is located on the edge of a farm in Litte Baldon so requires a car for access 🚘
The area is stunning and very peaceful. If you like the countryside you’ll love it here. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive into the city centre or 10 minutes to the park and ride🌺

Rent is £725 a month with bills around £200 depending on the season ❄️

My dog will be moving with me but will visit my sister occasionally so the new flatmate must be okay with that🌝
