Room in family home

We are a family of 4, parents who are academics and 2 children, a boy aged 16 and girl aged 14, and 1 cat. We have a lovely, good sized single room (for single occupancy only) at the back of the house available from 1 August for one, two or three months. Family and lodger spaces upstairs are separate and private. The lodger shares a lovely bathroom with the children (parents have an en suite bedroom/bathroom in attic). The lodger has access to the large kitchen/family room, washing machine, and garden and own fridge/cupboard space. We have a piano downstairs.
