It has a separate entrance to the main house and off-street parking with access to the side patio and rear garden. The room has a king sized bed- firm and very comfortable (but this could be adapted to a single or 3/4 bed to make more room if required), large double wardrobe, drawers, panel heater, desk and chair, large (40 inch) flat screen TV with FreeSat, free WIFI, washing machine, small sink, mini oven with hob, fridge, kettle and microwave. You would not have access to the main house, but we are a friendly bunch and have rented, on and off, for the last few years..
£1000 pcm including bills..
