Hello! We are 3 friendly female professionals looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home.

The available room is an upstairs double at the back of the house overlooking the garden with a chest of drawers, bedside table, bed, wardrobe and rug.

The property has 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath, a spacious and sociable open-plan living room/kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, and a large sunny garden (with washing line and swingball). :)

Other appliances as follows: gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. We like to keep the house clean and tidy.
The house has two car parking spaces on the drive plus there is on-street parking with a residents' permit.
The road is quiet, friendly, and residential, with a Co-op and post office just a few minutes’ walk away, and bus stop at the end of the road with a frequent service into the city centre, train station, and hospital. Easy access to the city centre via the Marston cycle path and University Parks (half an hour walk or 10 minute cycle). Local pubs include The Up In Arms, The Victoria Arms, and The Red Lion.

We enjoy doing things together like house meals, walks, film nights, and pub trips . Our interests include baking, exploring Oxford's restaurants and pubs, reading, and staying active. We're looking for someone sociable and friendly to join our happy home.

Rent is £645 and bills are, on average, £120 a month.
