The available room is a double, furnished with a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a double bed. There is room for a desk.

The property has 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath, a spacious and sociable open-plan living room/kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, and a large sunny garden.
Other appliances as follows: gas hob, oven, large fridge freezer and a smaller fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. We like to keep the house clean and tidy.
The house has two car parking spaces on the drive, one of which is available with the advertised room plus there is on-street parking with visitor's and residents' permits.
The road is quiet, friendly, and residential cul-de-sac, with a Co-op and post office just a few minutes’ walk away, and bus stop at the end of the road with a frequent service into the city centre, train station, and hospital. Easy access to the city centre via the Marston cycle path and University Parks (half an hour walk or 10 minute cycle). Local pubs include The Up In Arms, The Victoria Arms, and The Red Lion.

We enjoy doing things together like house meals and film nights. Our interests include baking, exploring Oxford's restaurants and pubs, reading, and staying active. We're looking for someone sociable and friendly to join our happy home.
Rent is £645, which excludes bills. Bills + council tax are around £120 each per month.
