Subletting a double room during winter vacation

A spacious double room is available for 4-5 weeks as I am visiting my home town during that period, 1st week of December to the middle of January. The rent is 500£ per month (or the whole duration), including all bills. It is very close to both universities and the bus stand is just a few steps from the door to go to the city centre.

We are four PhD students of Oxford University, renting the whole property having 3 double rooms and 1 single, sharing a toilet, bathroom, kitchen and living room. We have a small garage (to park your bike) and a big parking space in the front. Most of the people would be in their lab during day time (would be quiet) and very friendly to watch TV in the evening, and have dinner together but respect each other's space.

This room is ideal for a student or professional, visiting Oxford for their study or internship or people who are planning not to leave Oxford after the term finishes.
