Single Room In Marston - Would Suit Post Grad

I have a single room to let in Marston. We are within walking distance of the Oxford University science site, (which is a short walk across the meadows) and the John Radcliffe Hospital. The room is small but comfortable and equipped with a desk, office chair, and plenty of storage. The room is Ideal for postgraduate students or visiting scholars (minimum 6 months but you can stay longer too!. Space outside to accommodate a bike. You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other lodger. My husband (who is a retired doctor) and I also live in the house but we have our own kitchen and bathroom so we don't get in each other's way. We have one dog, Archie, a friendly whippet. If you are dog-minded, you would be welcome to take him out for a walk (on a lead!). We can give you references from former lodgers. All bills included including council tax
