A large, bright, loft room is available for rent for a minimum of an academic year (with no maximum) to one other single female in a friendly house share (of three people) in Marston, Oxford. The room is suited for a graduate or post-doctorate student at university or similar. The house is quiet and studious in nature and the accommodation is not suitable for a professional working from home. I am the resident landlord working in ecological/ environmental economics. The rent is inclusive of broadband wireless internet, TV, water rates, central heating/ gas, electricity, and I pay the council tax. The room is accessed up a flight of space-saver steps from the first-floor landing. We are also located near to Oxford Central Green Belt meadows with foot and off-street cycle paths leading to most areas, including the Science Area (1Km) & Central Oxford (2.5km). Excellent public transport services lead to all local areas. We are also not far from the Oxford Ring Road (approx. 3km) “St. Clements”, (approx. 3km) which is on major bus routes including central London & airports.
