If one of you isn’t a student I’d have to start paying council tax so you’d need to cover that, it looks to be around £200 extra/month.

Although I'm advertising to students, any person living here must been clean and quiet, something I rarely encountered whilst renting places with students myself! So please only apply if you're specifically looking for somewhere clean and quiet and want to get away from the noisy messy students.
