 Fully equipped kitchen with washing and Landry machines plus a big refrigerator
 A lovely backyard with gardening tools, BBQ & garden furniture

The tenant:
I am a young professional, 37 years old (Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer) from Greece, Athens, looking to share the house with another young professional around my age.

I am looking for an equally easy-going person who is clean, tidy, and respectful of others’ property. Someone who's happy to socialize but is also happy to have their own space and life too!

You should apply if you enjoy some nice jazz tunes, play tennis, or do kayaking and love wines and good quality food.

I am looking for a conscientious and reliable tenant who will demonstrate responsible behaviour, possess positive personal qualities, and have respective hobbies and interests that indicate a well-rounded lifestyle.
