Room Contract Takeover in Marston!

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my room ideally from 18 May 2025 to 10 August 2025 please. The room is in a four-bedroom house situated in the lovely and peaceful neighbourhood of OX3 0HP, Marston, in a convenient location accessible to both the city centre and Headington! I'm currently paying around £700 for the room (bills included!) and the room originally comes furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a desk, a chair, a cupboard, and a drawer cabinet as shown in the pictures. The house has already been equipped with WiFi and it is exempted from council tax so you would need to be a student. I'm flexible with the starting date as long as it's after in May and after the 18th. I'm happy to throw in some of my stuff like my bookshelf, monitor, keyboard, mouse, loads of kitchenware (plates, pans, cups, etc), table fan, weighing scale, all for free!
