I’m looking for someone to take over my place in a shared-tenancy contract for a lovely semi-detached house in Marston. The current contract runs until November 2026, with the option to renew yearly.

The available bedroom is on the first floor, overlooking a quiet and green street. It comes furnished with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and chair.

The house is well-equipped and includes:

-A large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two ovens, a spacious fridge, and a large freezer
-A bright living room
-One large bathroom plus a smaller WC (toilet & basin only)
-A small spare room with a single bed, perfect for hosting occasional visitors
-A private rear garden and a shed for bike storage

Rent & bills:
£652.62 per month (all bills included: gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi)
Council tax: currently £53.75/month

Location:
10–15 minutes by bike to Oxford city centre
5 minutes to the Radcliffe Hospital
Just 2 minutes’ walk to bus stops for the X3/14 routes

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with three others – a University of Oxford postdoctoral researcher and two professionals working in science. The house has a friendly, sociable atmosphere (occasional shared dinners, etc.).
