About the house:
The property is well-maintained and situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by bike through University Parks or in about 35 minutes on foot. Two convenient bus stops serve the area: one just around the corner (routes 14A and 17C) connecting to the city centre and railway station in about 10 minutes, and another roughly 10 minutes away with additional bus routes.

Residents are welcome to use the kitchen, including all utensils, pots, pans, microwave, kettle, and cutlery. Dedicated storage space is available for personal food items, along with allocated space in the fridge.

The house offers high-speed fibre broadband via Virgin Media, and there is a garden where bicycles can be stored. It is ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

The single room is small but cosy, featuring new wooden floors, a high bed, and a desk. It includes built-in wall storage and offers a calm, quiet atmosphere. The room also contains a futon that can be converted into a comfortable single guest bed. The desk can be placed either under the bed or opposite the window, depending on preference.
