Smart room in modern. Warm home

I have a lovely double room with an ensuite to rent in a quiet, warm and modern home in Marston. The house is ideally situated for the University and would suit a DPhil student or postdoc. Ideally you are looking for a room for 3-6 months, but we may be able to negotiate shorter (no less than 2 months) or longer. I have dogs but the house is clean, tidy and peaceful. A great base for someone who’s studying. II have a large, bright south facing kitchen/diner that you’d share with us.
