Monday to Friday, £640 including bills. If you would like, some weekends can be incorporated. The available room is a double bedroom on the top floor, with a window overlooking houses and the road.

There is a bus stop a few minutes walk, on the main road.
There are two small co-operative stores, with fresh foods and bread.

The room is available after the 9th of May. There is some flexibility on the dates you would like to move.

I'm also living at the property. I work 5 days a week. A proportion of that is working from home. I have a small allotment, and I'm interested in the environment. I'm kind of quiet, but can talk sometimes in the evening.

This is a small living space, and sound can travel. The staircase is small, and twists. It can creak. Please be aware if you have access needs.

Parking is available outside on the road. This is free during certain hours. A parking permit is required to park between 0900-1700 weekdays. The cost would be £80 for the year.

John Radcliffe Hospital - 20 minutes walk, 15 minute bus journey, 5 minutes by car.
City centre and University buildings - 40 minute walk, 15 minute cycle, 10 minutes by bus.
