Two professionals seeking housemate for July

Hello! I'm Liza and my housemate Leonie (9th photo) and I are looking for a third housemate to join us in our house in Marston (council tax band D). We're just a few minutes from the X3 and 14 buses into town, Headington, Summertown, and the train station, and are a 15-minute walk from the cycle path.

We're two professionals (I work for the University and Leonie is an English teacher) looking to live with another professional. We are considerate, clean, active, and tend to be extraverted introverts. We both love outings, house dinners, sourdough making, and nights in watching quality (and/or trashy) TV together, but are appreciative of a little quiet time to read, write, or practice yoga. I enjoy drawing, knitting and board games; Leonie enjoys pilates, crocheting, and being outdoors; and we both enjoy cooking - plenty of baked goods in this house! We have granny hobbies and we have accepted this about ourselves. Happy to do all of the above with a new house sharer, or let you do your own thing!

The room you would be taking is the smaller room in the house for £733 pm (photo and video attached from when we viewed the house), and is available either furnished (not pictured, but there is furniture that can be provided by the letting agency) or unfurnished. The room is on the smaller side, but the current tenant managed to fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in there comfortably. If you chose to have a single bed, it would be more spacious!

Bills are not included, but based on our current usage are likely to be around £190pm each (Thames Water have just put their prices up ), inclusive of wifi, gas/electric, and water. The house has one bathtub/shower and two separate small toilets. It includes a spacious back garden with a laundry line, a driveway, shared living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen with a five burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The shared living spaces are currently furnished, and the kitchen is pretty fully equipped.
