Seeking 5th housemate for friendly house share!

We are seeking one postgrad or young professional housemate for a friendly house share of 5 people (group information below). The house in question is 14 Salford Road. Pictures and videos also attached (5 double bedrooms in total, all similar to the ones in the photos). We viewed the house on Monday and I can confirm it looks exactly as in the pictures! See below for information about the house, the group, and requirements for a new member.

House information:

- Lease starting 29/8 -- we have already paid the holding deposit, meaning the house is guaranteed if we can find a 5th member!

- 14 Salford Road, 12 minute cycle to Schwarzman Centre and North Oxford colleges, 15 minute cycle into town (the X3 bus is also every 20 minutes from a nearby stop and has a 15-minute route to the centre)

- Rent: £680pcm + utilities (estimated at £60-80pcm)

- Council band D if you are a young professional (we have 2 of these in the house already so that would mean an additional £74pcm on your rent)

- Includes a car parking space out back, and bike racks in the garden

About the group:

Me (Alex) -- 23m, going into second year of MPhil in Slavonic studies at St Hugh’s college, musical hobbies (I play violin and piano but keep it out the house!)

Jake -- 25m, working as student music officer at the Schwarzman Centre. I met him and became friends with him last year through a music production we both did

Sam -- 24m, incoming PGCE student also at St Hugh’s, studying to teach modern languages. We have met a few times on video and he seems a very chill guy

Zoe -- 27f, joined the group recently, starting a job in Oxford as a geography teacher at a secondary school. I met her at the viewing on Monday and she was lovely, very down to earth. She is keen to live with another girl!

Ideal requirements for a 5th housemate:

- Happy with the house -- we have already applied, and no more viewings are available. I can confirm that the attached video represents the house exactly as I saw it on Monday.

- on the legal front: someone who has a right to rent in the UK (either a UK citizen or in possession of a share code). For the referencing, each person also needs to be able to provide proof of income amounting to £20,400. This can be in any of the following forms: a scholarship document; payslips from a salary; a savings account statement; proof of income from a UK-based guarantor earning at least £24,480 and willing to pay on your behalf; any combination of the above.

- someone comfortable in a reasonably social household -- we aren't going to be having raves, but it would be great if you were happy doing things together as a group every now and then :) Could be board games, making dinner, hosting people etc.
