Spacious, tidy, carpet-free room in Marston

I rent a specious room in Marston. The house is a semi-detached property, with a nice back garden, and completely carpet-free.
It is located 15 minutes walking from the city centre and 15 minutes from Brooks University and Radcliffe Hospital and is very close to the bus stops.

The room will be available from May the 1st. I am looking for someone who would possibly stay for at least one year, but I will be glad to consider tenants for a shorter period of time, up to three months.

I am a post-doc at the University of Warwick, I come from Italy and I have been living in Oxford for a few years now. I am easy-going, tidy and generally speaking quite person and I am looking for a similar person to rent this room. The house will be shared with me and occasionally with some friends who may use the guest room.

Bills are not included in the rent. Gas, electricity, water and fiber optic broadband add up to £90 per month.
