Single Room Close To Hosp, Newly Furnished

newly furnished single room in our family home on a quiet cul de sac in marston very close to the hospital and also with easy access to the ring road/shops/bus stops.

we have a lockable garage should you wish to store any thing and we have a drive where you could park your car should you have one.

the room itself is a single room with brand new furniture. It has bed, desk, lamp and wardrobe.

We are a very easy going family and have been renting out our spare room for the last two years. We have a nice garden which u are welcome to sit in and the rent includes wifi and all bills. The house is kept to a good standard, and you may come and go as you please, all we ask is that if you come in late that you are quiet :-)
