Double Room in Marston

I'm looking for someone to replace me in a shared house (3 other tenants, 2 girls 1 guy) in Marston, available April-June (when the current contract ends). Decent-sized double room, rent is £487. 50 a month (bills not included). You would be living with 2 students and 1 professional (1 couple), all friendly! The house is in a quiet location but is still close to the centre of Oxford. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (in practice you would share 1 of the bathrooms with 1 other housemate) and a spare room for storage. Nice garden at the back, and a garage for bike storage.

If you are looking for somewhere for longer than three months, please be aware that the other housemates will probably be moving out at the end of June, when the contract ends - unless you could find another couple, the rent would then go up as there would be fewer tenants (£1680 for the whole house).
