Double room in friendly houseshare (3 months)

Looking for someone to rent the third room in our friendly house in Marston from mid April until the end of July.

The room is a furnished double in a spacious house. Good-sized sitting room at the front of the house and separate dining room at the back with a kitchen (electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier) and downstairs shower and toilet room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Patio and garden at the back of the house with a shed for secure bike storage plus a drive at the front with space for two cars. Less than a 10 minute cycle ride to the centre of town, the university science area or the popular Cowley area. Also only a short cycle to the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospital sites. Within a 5 minute walk there are also a few local shops. Rent is £387/month plus bills and council tax (~£500 total for rent/bills/council tax each month).
