Double room with fitted wardrobe in a quiet area

I am looking for someone clean and tidy to share the house with for avout 6 months to a year. The second bedroom is a good size double room with fitted wardrobe in. The room also has a TV and double sofa bed in it however these can be removed if needed.

Located in Middleton Cheney. The village has local shop with post office, two local pub and take aways awell. Easy access to Banbury, Brackey, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford etc and just 5 minute drive to m40 also regular bus routes every 30 mins to Banbury to Brackley. Train station in banbury also has regular trains from London to Birmingham.

The house has a shared bathroom with a shower & bath, a single toilet downstairs, shared living room, kitchen with wishing machine, garden with a decked area and outdoor seating and also a parking space.

All bills and council tax included plus netflix, disney plus and prime video upstairs and downstairs.

Applicate must be comfortable around a dog.
