Good sized single room in village location

This is a pleasant Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds with shop, pub and lots of country walks. The property is a newish stone built bungalow with off road parking. The decent sized single room has a sky light and is newly decorated.
A large living room, cheerful kitchen and bathroom would be shared. I’m an easy going professional lady mainly working from home. The potential house mate would also be encouraged to make the place their home. Use of broadband would allow home working if necessary. If not then there is plenty of work in nearby Banbury. While we would get on with our own lives, it’s nice to touch base occasionally and share stories and help each other out as necessary.
The garden is modest, but has plenty of room to sit in the sun or grow veg. Chickens take up some of the space and there are always fresh eggs to eat. Probably best if you like country living/ chickens!
The place has solar panels and air source heat pump which might appeal to like minded folk. There is EV charging which could potentially be utilised. The village has an hourly bus service to Banbury and Chipping Norton.
Pets would be welcome.
