I have a double bedroom available to rent in my house, available now or from Aug/ September.

This is a lovely country house on a quiet lane in the Cotswolds, yet easily commutable to Oxford, London and Cheltenham. It's perfect for anyone who enjoys the countryside and wants to balance this with city life. You would be sharing the house with me and my very friendly cat. A car is essential for living here. There is ample, free on-street parking on the lane.

QUAKER COTTAGE
Quaker Cottage is a quiet and characterful 17th century 3 bedroom cottage in Milton-under-Wychwood. The cottage is a former Quaker Meeting House dating from 1660.

Quaker Cottage is tucked away behind the village green and is perfectly located for everything that the Cotswolds has to offer - a short drive to Burford, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Daylesford. You'll be a stroll from the village pub, cafe and other local spots plus lots of lovely walks from your doorstep incl. to Foxholes Nature Reserve.

ABOUT MILTON-UNDER-WYCHWOOD
Milton-Under-Wychwood is a quiet but lively little village in West Oxfordshire, within the Cotswolds National Landscape. The village pub, the Hare, is a short walk over the green, as is the Co-Op, cafe and other shops at Groves Yard. There are 3 more pubs in Shipton-under-Wychwood, the adjoining village, plus more cafes incl. FarmED, Bruern Farm Shop, and others.

COMMUTING
The house is very commutable to Oxford and London. There is a commuter train to Oxford from Shipton (30 mins). Trains to London are from Charlbury Station, a 10 min drive away, and are just over an hour to Paddington. Both Oxford and Cheltenham are a 30 minute drive along the A40. MuW is 4 miles north of Burford, 7 miles south of Chipping Norton and 9 miles south east of Stow-on-the-Wold.
