Double room in Milton

Hi, I'm Brad, I recently bought a 2-bed flat in Milton, right next to Milton Park where I work. The larger room in my flat is currently empty, and I could really do with some help to pay the mortgage!
The room is quite large, I intend to put a king size bed in there, and it has a built-in wardrobe.
I have also bought a desk, chair, some shelves, bedside table and lamps for the room.
Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom, but I'm not especially messy and there's enough cupboard space.
There is a decent sized combined lounge/kitchen/dining space.
There is a dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge freezer, air fryer, electric oven and gas hob.
Central heating is gas.
There will be some loft space when I finally get it boarded.
