Double Room in Oxford - New Hinksey

I am sadly leaving my lovely houseshare in New Hinksey, Oxford and looking for a female professional to replace me.

The room is a double with a shared bathroom between three people. It is comfortably sized and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. It has one big window above the desk which provides lots of light, and also a nice view across the garden! The rent is £630 a month, plus bills which are around an additional £100 a month. The deposit is £692. This will be available from 1st September and is only open to females due to the shared bathroom (shared with two other females).

The remaining housemates are friendly, sociable, and clean, and like to hang out after work occasionally, but they also respect each other's space and privacy. We enjoy a wide range of hobbies including walking, yoga, cooking and reading. We are an LGBTQ+friendly household and are looking for someone similarly minded :)

The house is semi-detached and very well located in a quiet street, just off Abingdon Road. The communal spaces are fully equipped and consist of a kitchen, living room, dining room and garden.

Within a 5 minute walk is Hinksey Park with a tennis court, ping pong, outside swimming pool. It’s also a 3-minute walk to a bus stop on the Abingdon Road with connections to central Oxford, Cowley, Abingdon and Didcot, and a 20 minute walk into Oxford city centre.

Unfortunately we are unable to take students at moment, even if working part time. An exception can be considered if willing to pay council tax and over 25 years old.

Note permit visitor parking is available, but the two resident parking permits are currently in use by two of the current housemates.
