This double room is quite large and comes furnished with everything needed (bed, desk, large bookshelf, two other shelves and a wardrobe). It's an ensuite with a toilet, shower, sink and bathroom cabinet.
It's on the last floor of the house which means it gets lots of light and sun, and a lovely view on the garden.
The room is in a nice house next to New Hinksey lake. It's only a 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, 10/15min away from a tesco, right next to the New Hinksey pool.
Closest bus stops are Newton road or Police station.

You would be sharing the house with three lovely female roomates.
Looking for someone who is tidy, will take part in household chores (basic cleaning and maintening of the house), and like a chat once in a while. Not a party house.

There is parking space in the street and you can use free parking permits if needed.

1st round (and hopefully last!) round of visits will be on Saturday 19th July.
