Looking for 2 housemates!

Looking for two more housemates for a house in Hinksey! Please read and send us a message with a bit about yourself if you're interested.

We're wanting someone to confirm as soon as possible to join us in late August. We have looked at the house today. Lovely carpets and well insulated, no mould or anything nasty like that. The rent is £2850 for the whole property which we will split in a way that reflects room sizes. Exactly rent per room TBC. Room 1 (ground floor), and room 4 (top floor) are available. Bills are about £60 each and council tax band E.

We're keen for future housemates to get along with us.

About Hannah (they/she): I’m a 23 year old physics grad working in publishing. I love all things queer, crocheting, knitting, board games, and (obviously) reading. I’m also a keen baker and cook, so housemates can expect plenty of sweet homemade treats.

About Nicola (she/her): I'm a 24 year old woman working full time as an animal technician. My interests include animals, psychology/neurodivergence/mental health, the occasional crafty hobby, and I'm hoping to get more involved in the LGBT+ community.

About Noodle (aka the most important housemate): Noodle is a 4 year old saluki owned by Nicola. He absolutely adores people and loves a good nap. He will be your best friend forever if you give him good belly rubs. He is very well behaved and gentle. Noodle rarely barks, but does do the occasional howl when I leave in the mornings (around 7am Mon-Fri) which is worth taking into account if you do shift work or normally sleep in late.

We're wanting a friendly, wholesome, relaxed household that respect each other’s space but also enjoy doing things together. Professionals preferred for council tax purposes, dog lover and LGBTQ+ friendly is a must!
