After several years at Oxford, one of our roomates is finishing her PhD and is leaving her wonderful room in our our friendly house. As I'm finishing my contract here, I will also be leaving several days later. Our house is located just off Abingdon Road. Super near Tesco Express and bus stops to city center in less than 10 min, south Oxford and Abingdon. Cycling will take you around 10 min to go to the city center too. The house has 1 bathroom to share among four (one of the tenants has her own), a large kitchen, and a supplemental kitchen/storage area. There is a big and luminous living room that opens onto a big backyard with space for bike storage, while the front yard features a communal garden with direct access to the river.

Our ages are from 28 to 34 (mix student-professional) so ideally we are looking for 1 young profesional or student (24-35 yo) to share with. We are friendly and sociable people, we like to hang out all together in the house - play music, play some games or just watch a movie. We would like to find someone that could fit well in the environment and that would consider this as their own home rather than a place just to sleep.

1 room is available from the end of October (date negotiable). It is in the attic and is very spacious. It comes unfurnished, with the option to buy most of the furniture from the previous tenant if you want.

1 room is available from mid-November (I plan to leave on the 15th). It is on the 1st floor and has its windows looking onto the garden. It is pretty spacious and comes unfurnished too, but I'm looking to sell my furniture.

The rent is £550 excluding tax and bills, which are between £70 and £100 depending on the month.
