We’re looking for two new tenants to join our friendly house share on Marlborough Road, as I and another tenant will be moving out on 1st February 2025. The house is currently home to three professional women, and we would prefer to find female professionals to maintain the current dynamic.

About the Rooms
Room 1: Cosy 1st-floor room with window overlooking the back garden. Contains a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
£570 per month.

Room 2: Spacious ground floor room with large three-pane bay window and lots of natural light. It comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, and an armchair by the window. (images to be uploaded by the end of November)
£640 per month.

About the House:
A cosy living room, with fully equipped kitchen, including oven, dishwasher, washing/drying machine and ample fridge/freezer space. Three bathrooms (each with a shower, one with a bath and shower). A lovely private back garden, perfect for relaxing or hosting BBQs, and with plenty space for storing bikes safely.

- 20 minutes’ walk (or 5 minutes by bike) to the train station.
10 minutes’ walk to the nearest Tesco, or 15 mins to Westgate. Close to nature, with Hinksey Park or the Thames towpath just around the corner

Rent excludes bills, which are typically about £40-50 per person for water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. It is Council Tax band D which is about £40 per person.

The current housemates are three professional women who enjoy socialising while respecting each other’s privacy. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, perfect for those who want a relaxed yet communal environment!
