Double Room for Rent (Student/Professional)

Hi! I am a finishing PhD student at the University of Oxford and am looking for someone to take over my double room in a 3-bedroom shared house. The room is the largest in the house.

The household is quiet and independent, making it ideal for someone busy or working during the day. The other two flatmates have completed their PhDs and are professionals. You can be either a student or a professional. Rent is £525 per month (excluding bills). I currently pay around £60 per month for bills, and council tax is approximately £65 per month.

The new tenant will take over the contract directly (this is not a sublet, so no short-term stays) and can stay as long as they wish. You can leave either at the end of your tenancy or anytime you find a replacement, provided sufficient notice is given.
