I am renting out my spacious double room (with private bathroom) in a lovely two bedroom house. The room has huge windows (including a sky light) and tons of storage space. The home is fully furnished, with a huge living room (perfect for movie nights), guest bathroom, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Even better is the communal garden, perfect for spring dinner parties! The neighborhood is quiet, with tons of nature around, but is still somehow only a 15 minute walk from the center of Oxford. Current roommate is a master’s student who is friendly, conscientious, and a master baker! We’re looking for another student to rent my room till the end of our lease (August) with the option to take it over if desired. Non-shedding but very cute dog will NOT be a roommate, but is leaving with me :) Price us 850/month, broadband included.
