Rent inclusive of bills. 4 other tenants sharing kitchen, down stairs cloakroom, and upstairs bathroom. The room is upstairs at the back of the house overlooking the country side. Shed for bikes and lockable garden door. Nice sunny garden kept by landlord who does not live in. Near to bus stops and easy walk to town.
Tesco express, pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shop close by. South Hinksey parks with outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts down the road. Quiet house. Please note - happy to change bed to double if needed
