Housemates Wanted for House in New Hinksey

I'm looking for a new housemate for the next academic year (26/27) to take up the top-floor single room in this 6-bed house in New Hinksey. We have all but one of the rooms taken for next year, and I'm looking for people to help maintain the house's friendly vibe.

Estimated start date for the new contract is 14th September
(exact date to be confirmed by the agency).

💰Costs:

- Rent (£565)
- Utilities and bills around £40-£60, depending on the month.
- Students only, for council tax reasons.
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

🏡 The House Itself:
- Just off Abingdon road in New Hinksey. Super close to the parks and the lake. Also close to bus routes and just a short (20min) walk into town.
- Large kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Gas hobs and oven with separate grill.
- Shared living room with sofas, large dining table, and TV.
- Back garden with washing line, hammock, and a BBQ.
- Spare room on ground floor for overnight guests.
- 3 Bathrooms, 2 Showers.
- Residents' parking on the street.
- All rooms come furnished.

🙋‍♀️ Us:
- All DPhil students across STEM and humanities.
- Enjoy getting together as housemates - dinner parties, Mario kart, pub quizzes etc.

👉 You:
- Clean & tidy - there's a cleaning rota for weekly jobs to make sure the place stays comfortable.
- Friendly - It's always nice to be able to organise game nights, pub trips or dinners - or even just catch up in the kitchen.
- Ideally a postgrad
