Housemates Wanted for House in New Hinksey

I'm looking for five new housemates for the next academic year (26/27) in this 6-bed postgrad house. Current housemates are wrapping up their degrees and leaving Oxford, so I'm looking for people to help maintain the house's friendly vibe.

Current contract ends on 07/09/26 with a few working days until the next begins (exact amount to be confirmed by the agency).

💰Costs:
- Rents listed are current prices but are due to go up for next year. The amount is (also) yet to be confirmed by the agency. (Last year ~£30 increase)
- Utilities and bills around £40-£60, depending on the month.
- Students only for council tax reasons.
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

🏡 The House Itself:
- Just off Abingdon road in New Hinksey. Super close to the parks and the lake. Also close to bus routes and just a short (20min) walk into town.
- Large kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Gas hobs and oven with separate grill.
- Shared living room with sofas, large dining table, and TV.
- Back garden with washing line, hammock, and a BBQ.
- Spare room on ground floor for overnight guests.
- 3 Bathrooms, 2 Showers.
- Residents' parking on the street.
- All rooms come furnished.

🙋‍♀️ Myself:
- Love cooking and always up for a flat dinner party.
- Lover of all things pub-related, especially a pub quiz to come second-to-last in.
- Second-year DPhil student in machine learning.

👉 You:
- Would ideally be a postgraduate student.
- Clean & tidy - there's a cleaning rota for weekly jobs to make sure the place stays comfortable.
- Friendly - It's always nice to be able to organise game nights, pub trips or dinners - or even just catch up in the kitchen.
