Beautiful spacious sunny double

We are a friendly couple looking for an easy going quiet lodger to share our beautiful home. The house is spacious and light with stripped wood floors and a huge kitchen/ sitting room with full width bifold glass doors opening onto a patio overlooking the beautiful garden and countryside beyond.
We are an 8 minutes cycle and a 5 minute bus ride from the city centre, and a couple of minutes to the ring road and A34. Despite being so close to town, we have a local pub, Tesco, GP surgery, beautiful Hinksey Park with its heated outdoor pool, wild swimming in the lake, and lovely local walks in the countryside and along the river Thames.
Would suit a quiet, mature individual looking for a peaceful home, preferably a cat lover who wouldn’t mind doing occasional cat sitting/ feeding.
