Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a shared two-bed house in New Hinksey from January/February 2026 (flexible on move in date).

The house has plenty of space for two people:
- Lovely light unfurnished double bedroom
- Two living rooms downstairs (I will be moving my furniture from the Dining room, and am very open to selling you the sofa/dining room table)
- Bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet
- Study
- Garden and spacious storage shed
- Parking at front of house
- Only 1 min from bus routes to city centre and train station, and easy to catch the Airline/Oxford Tube
- Near Hinksey Park
- Cool new yoga studio around the corner

The rent is £862.50 plus bills. For the terms of the lease, you’ll need to be a professional, and can provide the deposit and references. The lease runs until September.

You’ll be sharing with a 30yo male postdoc at the university, and you can chat about how you’d like to divide up the living spaces.
