Since I am moving out of the country, I am moving out of this spacious En-suite. The flat is near Abingdon road, with a tesco and bus stop within a <5 min walk. You have your private bathroom with a washstand, shower, and toilet. All of the furniture is mine and I would be happy to leave it in the room. If you bring your own furniture, I can get rid of it. The shared kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, etc.
You will share the flat with Tom, a 30 year old professional working at the university. Tom likes video- and boardgames and is generally a calm and quite flatmate.
Since Tom is working, council tax applies for the flat, which is included in the rent. Heating/electricity is not included in the rent.
