Small 2 bed house in quiet street

Small terrace House, two bedrooms; one single. one double.
Small bedroom can be for children, or study.

The house is a comfortable cottage style, fully fitted out as a family home, we will consider visiting families, small pets can be considered. There is a good school (4-11yrs), a park, and many children nearby.

Bills are responsibility of the lodger, expect £400/month, slighly less in summer. Most things you would need, we have, for example; bedding, cleaning equipment, we usually have people to stay who fly in to the UK. Anything you don't need can go into storage.

Location is excellent, right on Hinksey parks with the lake, play areas, swimming pool and community centre. Very close to the main Abingdon road bus stops, 10mins. walk to town, 15 to train station. Parking on-street in front of house in semi-private road. Bikes can be borrowed.
