Quickly, yes, the place actually has parking but only one spot per flat which I am currently using.

I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. I work for the University as a technician and would like to have someone around my age move in so we have something in common.

This is a ensuite room in a relatively new estate across from the Redbridge park and ride, so it's a straight shot into and out of Oxford by whatever means you want. The estate is fairly calm as it is mainly professionals and families living here. There is a Tesco express 5 min walk or a big Sainsbury's about a 30 min walk away.

It is a first floor flat with a balcony, a decent size combined living space and kitchen, and a "main" bathroom which I use, as the room being advertised has the ensuite.

The kitchen has a washer-dryer, half size dishwasher, and electric oven and hobs. As there is no gas, there are fixed electric heaters about the place. On the flipside, the place keeps quite cool even in this weather.

In terms of bills, It is council tax band C (about £222pm), Octopus for energy (currently ~£75pm for just me using my desktop PC), Thames Water (~£60pm), and talktalk for "half-fibre" giving about 65megabits down, 17 odd up at about £30 a month.
