Ensuite room in New Hinksey 2-bed flat

The place has a single allocated parking spot which I am currently using, although it may be valid for a residents parking permit.

My current flatmate has already moved out so the room is available once the agent is happy, and I am hoping to changeover the tenancy for the 1st although early August also works.

I work for the University as a technician and while I would like to share a space with someone around my age so we have a bit more in common, I can get along with anyone really.

This is a ensuite room in a relatively new estate across from the Redbridge park and ride, so it's a straight shot into and out of Oxford by whatever means you want. The estate is fairly calm as it is mainly professionals and families living here. There is a Tesco express 5 min walk or a big Sainsbury's about a 30 min walk away.

It is a first floor flat with a balcony, a decent size combined living space and kitchen, and a "main" bathroom which I use, as the room being advertised has the ensuite.

The kitchen has a washer-dryer, half size dishwasher, and electric oven and hobs. As there is no gas, there are fixed electric heaters about the place. On the flipside, the place keeps quite cool even in hot weather.

In terms of bills, I'd say it's roughly 1000pcm

Internet sadly only can be "half-fibre" giving about 65megabits down, 17 odd up at about £30 a month. This is due to lack of fibre optic in this area currently.

In case it's relevant, there is only a set of stairs for the flat, no elevator.
