Looking for a flatmate in a 2 bed 2 bath flat

I am looking for someone to join me in my spacious 2 bed 2 bath flat in the south of Oxford (Leander Way). It is a double room with its own bathroom, with a spacious kitchen and living room. The estate is modern, calm, with a lot of green space, the Donnington bridge Tesco express just a few minutes away, good transport connections and the flat has an allocated parking space.

The price is £790/month without utilities and council tax and the room is available immediately. The bills (electricity, wifi, water) average around £90 per month, but vary with the season, and the council tax is £110 per month (£56 for students, with the 50% discount).

In terms of tenancy length, I am open for anyone to join for at least until the end of the year.
