Lovely loft double in OX1 House!

Hi all! We are looking for a 5th roommate to move into a spacious loft room on the 2nd floor of our new house just south of Folly Bridge. The house is fully furnished with new appliances and recently repainted — no mold! It is located on a quiet street surrounded by parks around 20 minutes walking to city center.

The room is the only bedroom on the second floor, so it is quiet and would be perfect for a mature student. It is furnished with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe, and desk with a chair —plus it has lots of storage. We have just moved in and are looking for someone to start by October 1st. Your split would be 570 + ~100 for bills (fast broadband & council tax included), which is a great price for the location!

The letting agent is thorough and will require either a UK-based guarantor, work contracts and pay slips, or ~6 months rent in advance. But the house is an amazing deal and really well kept, so well worth the paperwork.

We — 24F working @ Ashmolean; 21M Chemistry @ Merton; 23F English @ Merton; 25F MPhil — are friendly and tidy, and would expect anyone joining to be as well! Ideally looking for another student for council tax discount (Council Tax Band D).
